Order and delivery
On this page, we treat three stages with regard to the delivery: the time of delivery, transportation and return options.
Times of delivery
At Furnicons.com, we inform you about the times of delivery before you order a product. You can see the time of delivery the moment you select a product. We aim to have as many products in stock as possible. We are then able to deliver these products within 3 working days. You will receive a message about the date of delivery from our delivery service at all times. If this date does not suit you, it is always possible to tune the desired delivery date with the supplier.
Furthermore, we have 4 different statuses of deliveries:
In stock: within three working days
The products are in stock and we can provide a quick delivery. Within 3 working days you will receive a message from our transporter and the order will be delivered to your home.
Delivery within 5 to 10 working days
The products are stored in a foreign warehouse. This is why the supply will take a little longer. You will receive a message from our transporter to inform you about the date of delivery.
Delivery within 2 to 4 weeks
The production process is finalised and is approved by our quality inspection. The products are brought to the port and are shipped. The moment these products arrive in our warehouse, they are dispatched to you immediately.
Delivery within 4 to 6 weeks
The production process is in its final stage before the product can be dispatched. The quality inspection inspects the products using the requirements established by Furnicons.com.
Delivery within 6 to 10 weeks
The products are produced.
Delivery within 10 to 14 weeks
The orders are collected and are communicated to our manufacturer. These are predominantly products with striking colours or compositions.
We call in several parties for the transportation of our furniture. For small shipments we make use of regular shipping channels to keep the price as competitive as possible. This transporter provides you with a track & trace code so that you can check the shipment of your order.
We make use of a specialist transporter when we have to send larger packets. This transporter is specialised in transporting furniture. This means that the chance of damage during transport is minimised.
Considering the size of these packets, the transporter makes an appointment with you first before proceeding with arranging any transport. This way we know for sure that you are at home to receive the consignment.
If the product is not to your liking when you receive it, you can return it to us for whatever reason. If the colour does not match for instance. In this case, we will refund the purchase price.
The steps of the return process are as follows:
- • The product is not to your liking, you report this to our customer service
- • Our customer service will send you a return form
- • You fill in the form by providing the following details: the details of your order and your bank account number for the refund.
- • You stick the form on the box that is ready for shipment so that we know that it concerns your order
- • On the day we receive your shipment, we will refund the purchase price directly to your account.
