Order

1.1 How can I place an order?
It's really easy to place an order at furnicons.com. Choose the desired product (the material: leather, imitation leather, wire mesh or plastic), choose the colour you want and add the product to your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or you can complete your order. If you do decide to complete your order, you need to fill in your delivery and billing information. You can select your preferred payment method on the next page. We will process and ship your order as soon as this procedure is complete.
1.2 Is it possible to pay later?
furnicons.com offers a post-payment option. You can choose the “pay later” option. You receive the product you want and then need to pay the amount within 14 days. This payment method is subject to a service charge of €4.95.
1.3 Can I cancel my order?
Have you changed your mind and want to cancel an order you have already placed? No problem at all! Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you to sort this. Please contact customer service by phone via +43 (0)720775528 or send us an email to [email protected]
1.4 From which countries can I place an order?
At furnicons.com you can place an order from almost every country in the world. We deliver to almost every country in the EU. An extra charge applies for orders to countries other than Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Italy, Spain, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, legislation in Switzerland means that we cannot deliver to Switzerland. If you live on an island, there will be additional costs for delivery. 1.5 Can I enter a delivery address that differs from my own address?
Yes, this is possible. However, only if you choose a payment method that allows you to pay for your order in advance (iDEAL, bank transfer, SOFORT banking, Giropay, or credit card). You can then remove the checkmark for the “Deliver to the same address” option and fill out the necessary information to have the order delivered to a different address. Orders with the post-payment option where the billing address and delivery address are different will be rejected after you place the order.

Delivery

2.1 What is the delivery period for my order?
furnicons.com strives to deliver your product as quickly as possible. The order will be processed on the same day if you order before 21:00. However, keep in mind that the processing time of some payment methods is longer than others and that the delivery time may vary depending on the country. Please refer to the page with delivery and return information for all delivery times. We are also dependent on our courier companies. Delivery times may therefore be shorter or longer for particular countries, but unfortunately we have no influence on this. Delivery time:

2.2 What are the delivery costs for my order?
furnicons.com charges no shipping fee for orders over €400,-. If your order does not reach this amount, the shipping costs will vary depending on the amount of products you ordered and the total price of these products. At the last past of check out, you will see your total shipping costs. The shipping costs vary from €4,95 to €24.95. For orders shipped to Norway there is an additional €75 added because of the import costs.
2.3 Can I choose a delivery day and time?
It is currently only possible to select a delivery day. We will soon be introducing a system to allow you to select time periods in advance.
2.4 Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point?
Would you prefer to pick up your order when it suits you? This is possible – simply select the delivery option that you want to pick up your order. We will then indicate the nearest pick-up points based on your postcode, and you can select one of these pick-up points to have your order delivered there.
2.5 What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?
It is not a problem if you are not at home when your parcel is delivered. We normally try to deliver your parcel twice. After this, the order is automatically delivered to the nearest pick-up point where you can collect your parcel for up to 5 days – after this, your order is automatically returned to us. If you are unable to pick up the parcel, let us know when it would be suitable and we will arrange delivery for you.
