1.1 How can I place an order?
It's really easy to place an order at Choose the desired product (the material: leather, imitation leather, wire mesh or plastic), choose the colour you want and add the product to your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or you can complete your order. If you do decide to complete your order, you need to fill in your delivery and billing information. You can select your preferred payment method on the next page. We will process and ship your order as soon as this procedure is complete.
1.2 It is possible to place an order via phone?
Yes, that certainly is possible! Please contact us via +43 (0)720775528 with all your information at hand. Specify the number of products you want to order by that and keep your information at hand – we will then sort everything for you.

1.4 When can I contact you via phone?

1.5 How can I activate my coupon code?
Do you have a coupon code and want to use it? You can redeem it in the shopping basket in the middle of the screen where you will see a box that says “coupon code” above it. Enter your coupon code and click “Apply coupon” when you are done.

1.7 Can I enter a delivery address that differs from my own address?
Yes, this is possible. However, only if you choose a payment method that allows you to pay for your order in advance (iDEAL, bank transfer, SOFORT banking, Giropay, or credit card). You can then remove the checkmark for the “Deliver to the same address” option and fill out the necessary information to have the order delivered to a different address. Orders with the post-payment option where the billing address and delivery address are different will be rejected after you place the order.
1.8 Do I need to create an account before I can place an order?
You do not need to create an account at to place an order. An account is automatically created for you as soon as you have placed an order. The account information is sent to you via email. This means that you can log in normally next time you visit our online store and that your personal information are then automatically filled in.
1.9 What are the different statuses for orders?
The different statuses for orders are:
- Pending (payment): the order has been placed, but payment has not been received.
- Processing: Your payment has been received and your order will be processed in our warehouse. (If post-payment was chosen, this status means that we have accepted your order)
- Complete: the order has been sent to you from our warehouse.
1.10 From which countries can I place an order?
At you can place an order from almost every country in the world. We deliver to almost every country in the EU. An extra charge applies for orders to countries other than Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Italy, Spain, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, legislation in Switzerland means that we cannot deliver to Switzerland. If you live on an island, there will be additional costs for delivery. 1.11 I have just placed an order, but I would like to make a change. Is that possible?
Do you want to change the order you just placed or make other changes? No problem at all! If the order has not been sent yet, you can simply contact our customer service via phone. We will be happy to help you change the order you placed.

2.1 What is the difference between aniline leather and bovine leather?
Aniline leather is softer and more expensive than normal leather because the method of treatment is very comprehensive. Aniline leather has different folds and is treated in a different dye bath to normal leather. Making aniline leather starts with selecting the best cows skins. Only 10% of all cows skins can be used for aniline leather. Aniline leather is therefore very exclusive and is considered to be a particularly luxurious material.

2.3 What is artificial leather exactly and what is the difference from real leather?
Artificial leather is a material that feels almost the same and looks like real leather. Artificial leather is made of textiles with a plastic layer. This layer is printed with a leather pattern, making it barely distinguishable from real leather. The biggest difference is that artificial leather wears faster than real leather. Many people like the fact that leather is a living material that changes over time. This is not true for a chair that is made of artificial leather.
2.4 How can I clean my leather chair?
You will of course want to enjoy your leather chair for as long as possible. It is important to clean your chair to ensure optimum longevity. Use a damp cloth to remove any dirt and dust residues that have accumulated between the cracks in the chair. You can also use a cleaning spray for leather to thoroughly remove all the dirt, but exercise caution. Some special cleaning sprays can damage the leather. You can also soak a cotton swab in alcohol to remove stains that cannot be removed from the leather using water or a cleaning spray. Use a damp and then a dry cloth to remove any alcohol residues.
2.5 How do I make sure that my leather chair remains in good condition?
Leather can dry out over time. In this case, small cracks appear in the surface of the leather that can sometimes lead to large cracks. The original colour of the chair can also significantly fade. Use a professional leather wax to moisturise the leather. This keeps the leather soft and makes it more resistant to damage.
2.6 Do I need to assemble the products myself?
Many of our chairs need to be partly assembled by the customer. But don’t worry. The assembly is very easy and takes little time. Simple instructions are supplied with each chair, as well as the necessary materials and tools. You can therefore put your chair together within minutes. The chairs are not delivered fully assembled because they would take up much more space and could be damaged more easily.
2.7 How can I be sure that the colour and shape of the product match the photos? aims to show the products as they are in reality. That is why we have taken every photo on the website ourselves. Your chair in your living room should therefore look the same as the ones on our online store and thus avoids disappointments.
2.8 Does the plastic material discolour?
We use polypropylene for all plastic chairs – these chairs are very strong and the advantage of this type of plastic is that the chairs do not discolour in sunlight.


3.1 What are the possible payment methods?
At you can choose from various payment methods – there is a safe and reliably way to pay for every customer. These are the possible payment methods:

3.2 Is it possible to pay later? offers two post-payment options. You can choose the “pay later” option. You receive the product you want and then need to pay the amount within 14 days. This payment method is subject to a service charge of €4.95.
3.2 Is my payment safe? Are there guarantees?
Your payment at is always safe and your information is never shared with third parties. An SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer) is used as soon as you enter data or if you place an order in our store. Check the URL during the payment process and you will see that the listed HTTPS is displayed green. If this is the case then it means that your data is 100% safe.


4.1 What is the delivery period for my order? strives to deliver your product as quickly as possible. The order will be processed on the same day if you order before 21:00. However, keep in mind that the processing time of some payment methods is longer than others and that the delivery time may vary depending on the country. Please refer to the page with delivery and return information for all delivery times. We are also dependent on our courier companies. Delivery times may therefore be shorter or longer for particular countries, but unfortunately we have no influence on this. Delivery time:

It is currently only possible to select a delivery day. We will soon be introducing a system to allow you to select time periods in advance.


5.1 My product is damaged, what do I need to do?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if your product is damaged. We will then be able solve the problem for you quickly.
